Dialyze Direct is Hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse Near Byron, IL

Exciting opportunity to join a team of highly motivated and energized professionals. Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight on a Monday - Friday (5 day shifts) 40 hour weekly schedule, provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed), work collaboratively with team members, and skilled nursing home facility representatives; collect and record relevant patient health data (EMR), and develop patient care plans. 

Qualifications

BS/AA/diploma in nursing with at least 12 months of experience (3 months in hemodialysis) needed. Valid RN license, BLS certification, reliable daily transportation, ability to travel to local area sites (as needed) and lift up to 35 pounds required.
